Rapid response repairs
CCI was established to provide repairs and maintenance services to housing associations and local authorities, essentially responding to emergencies. But we take a proactive approach to what is essentially a reactive service. Our planned approach ensures we have the right van stocks, plus trained and available staff.
We don’t believe in sticking-plaster solutions but instead aim to provide first-time fixes that last. To make the most of every visit to a property, we carry out ‘health checks’ on the most likely areas of failure to reduce the number of future call-outs.
If we’re doing our job right, you shouldn’t actually see us around too often.
Planned Maintenance
We currently deliver over 25 Planned Works Contracts, providing high-quality maintenance across the UK. Whether we’re replacing your kitchen or rewiring your electrical system, our ISO9001-accredited process is designed to achieve the highest quality standards.
We offer improvements from central heating and boiler installation to roofing repairs and external improvement packages. We’ll even give your home a makeover through our disabled adaptations and cyclical redecoration programmes.
